Warranty & Returns Policy

Cancellation

You can still cancel your order until it is dispatched from the warehouse which is typically between 1 - 4 business days. Once your order is on its way to you, we will be unable to accept any changes to your order or address. Please ensure when you enter the order that your address is correct.

If you are claiming the Money Back Growth Guarantee, please refer to the guidelines and policy on our Growth Guarantee Page.

Returns

If you would like to return your item please contact us at sales@beards4bros.com. State your name, order number and the reason for your return. This must be within 14 days of purchase and the item unworn and in new condition (including undamaged packaging and stickers still in place). 

If you opt to return an item we will issue you with either a store credit or refund for the same amount, depending on the situation. Change of mind returns incur a 20% restocking fee. Happy shopping! We do not offer any returns or refunds for 'sale' items at the moment.  

All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.

At this stage, we do not offer returns or refunds for orders with discounts/sales of 30% and above, this allows us to give you the best possible prices.

Warranty

All Beards4 Bros products come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty. If you believe any item is defective or damaged in transit, we sincerely apologise. 

Please contact us immediately at sales@beards4bros.com. Someone from our customer support team will discuss with you and process your warranty claim if your item arrived damaged or not-functioning.

Any water damage to the Trimmer body is not covered under warranty, as the body is not waterproof, only the cutter head is. We highly recommend not to expose the Trimmer body to water.

Battery changes are not covered under warranty. If any small components are damaged due to every-day wear, those are also not covered.
